When you connect a social account, we receive account or channel identification data, such as its identifier, name and account type, connection permissions, access and refresh tokens and their expiry times, depending on what the platform provider supplies. Depending on the feature and permissions granted, we may read and store post identifiers, titles, descriptions, links, images or cover images, publication times and statistics supplied by the platform, such as view, like, comment and share counts.

These data are used to operate features you have requested or enabled, within the authorization granted and the data source's terms; for example, displaying the connected account and its post data, preparing suggestions or drafts, displaying statistics supplied by the platform, and scheduling, carrying out and tracking the outcome of authorized publishing. We may store import records, drafts, publication schedules and statuses, and the results of attempts needed for the feature. Read permission alone does not authorize publishing or making changes to the connected account, or promotional reposting on Jaiznle's accounts.

Product discovery from TikTok includes monitoring your new posts and preparing suggestions for review. Monitoring may begin when you connect the account for read access, in accordance with the feature notice displayed before connection. You can stop monitoring from the connected accounts page. Post discovery and preparation tasks may continue after you leave the application, depending on the feature's settings. Automated publishing tasks may also continue within the rules you have enabled and the authorization required for them.

Some Jaiznle features use automated processing and artificial intelligence to prepare product suggestions, descriptions, hashtags and drafts and to edit content, or for translation and audio transcription. Depending on the feature you request or enable, the necessary inputs may include text, titles, descriptions, images or cover images, user instructions and content preferences. They may also include frames from original files you upload, audio extracted from those files and its transcripts. We may also use examples of names and descriptions of products previously saved in your account to guide the wording of new names and descriptions. The necessary inputs may be sent to service providers for processing, and we may store results needed for the feature, such as suggestions, drafts and transcripts, within the authorization granted and the data source's terms.

When you use the invitation assistant, we process your messages and the conversation context needed to provide replies. Necessary data may be sent to AI service providers to operate the assistant. You may withdraw your consent to the processing of your data at any time.
