• صناع المحتوى:الأشخاص الذين يقومون بنشر المنتجات وتلقي التفاعل على صفحاتهم الخاصة.
• فريق جايزنلي: يشمل الإدارة ،المحررين، مديري المحتوى.
• مدراء محتوى فريق جايزنلي:الأشخاص المخولون بإدارة أو الإشراف على حسابات صناع المحتوى أو المحتوى المنشور.
• مدراء المحتوى: التحكم في إدارة المحتوى لصفحات صناع المحتوى .
• ملاك المتاجر:الأفراد أو الجهات المالكة للمتاجر أو المنتجات المعروضة أو المرتبطة بالمحتوى.
• المحتوى الخاص بك:أي صوت أو فيديو أو نص أو صور أو مواد أخرى تقوم بعرضها أو رفعها على هذا الموقع الإلكتروني.

• Content Creators: persons who publish products and receive engagement on their own pages.
• Jaiznle Team: includes management, editors, and content managers.
• Jaiznle Team Content Managers: persons authorized to manage or supervise content creators' accounts or published content.
• Content Managers: those who control the management of content for content creators' pages.
• Store Owners: individuals or entities that own the stores or products displayed or related to the content.
• Your Content: any audio, video, text, images, or other materials that you display or upload to this website.

5. الإنخراط بعمليات البحث عن البيانات،واستخلاص البيانات أو أي نشاط مشابه فيما يتعلق بالموقع الإلكتروني.

1. Selling, sub-leasing, granting a license, or trading any of the website's contents.
2. Using the website in a way that affects users' ability to access the website.
3. Using the website in a manner that conflicts with applicable laws and regulations, or in any way that harms or may harm the site or any of its natural or legal users.
4. Publishing or transmitting illegal, offensive, defamatory, indecent, inappropriate, threatening, hostile, or unacceptable material of any kind, including any material that encourages any illegal conduct.
5. Engaging in data mining, data extraction, or any similar activity related to the website.

• دور المنصة يقتصر على العرض التقني للمحتوى المتاح علنًا عبر الموقع المصدر، دون أي تعديل أو تدخل جوهري فيه و توفر الصور والوسائط واستمرارية عرضها أو دقتها أو محتواها يخضع بشكل كامل لسياسات وإجراءات الموقع المصدر أي أنه في حال قيام الطرف الثالث (الموقع المصدر) بحذف الصور أو الوسائط وتعديلها أو استبدالها، فإن ذلك سينعكس تلقائيًا على المنصة، ولا تتحمل المنصة أي مسؤولية عن ذلك.
• لا تتحمل المنصة أي مسؤولية قانونية ناشئة عن استخدام أو عرض هذه الصور والوسائط، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر: مطالبات انتهاك حقوق الملكية الفكرية أو حقوق النشر، ويكون صانع المحتوى هو المسؤول الأول والأخير عن أي استخدام غير مصرح به.

• The platform provides electronic links to external elements, including online stores, websites, applications, or any other links, in order to facilitate user access and improve the quality of their experience. However, the platform bears no responsibility for the content of these external elements or their credibility, and their inclusion does not constitute an endorsement by the platform or of their content. Use of those links to access external elements is solely the user's responsibility. The platform makes efforts to replace non-working links to external elements, but does not guarantee the continued operation of these links permanently.
• All images and media displayed on the platform are the full property of their owners or of the source website, and the platform does not claim any ownership over them.
• The platform's role is limited to the technical display of content publicly available on the source website, without any modification or substantive intervention. The availability of images and media and the continuity, accuracy, or content of their display are entirely subject to the policies and procedures of the source website. That is, if the third party (source website) deletes, modifies, or replaces the images or media, this will be automatically reflected on the platform, and the platform bears no responsibility for that.
• The platform bears no legal liability arising from the use or display of these images and media, including but not limited to: claims of intellectual property or copyright infringement. The content creator is the first and last responsible party for any unauthorized use.

خدمة ( الحصول على النقاط-السحب على الفائزين): Service (Earning Points – Drawing Winners):

• آلية العمل ( يحصل متابعين صناع المحتوى على نقاط (تذاكر) عند تفاعلهم مع منتجات صانع المحتوى. كلما زاد التفاعل، زادت فرصة الفوز، ويكون إما بوضع علامة إعجاب ،حفظ ،متابعة، مشاركة، مشاهدة ،مفضلة )علمًا أن فريق جايزنلي غير مسؤول عن أي خلل في إحتساب النقاط حيث أنه يتم بشكل آلي، ويمكن لصانع المحتوى السحب على الفائزين من قائمة الأعلى تفاعلًا، بشرط أن لا يكون لديه صفة إعتبارية ولا يكون مدير أو صانع محتوى أو أحد أعضاء فريق جايزنلي (يحق للمنصة تغيير آلية حساب النقاط في أي وقت).
• بالنسبة لصانع المحتوى :
  1. مهلة تسليم الجوائز للفائزين 7 أيام وفي حال عدم التسليم فإنه سوف يتم منعك من خاصية السحب ولذلك يرجى رفع مرفقات تثبت تسليم الجائزة، لحفظ حقك وحق المنصة، ولضمان استمرار تفعيل خاصية السحب في حسابك.
  2. تتطلب تنظيم السحوبات والمسابقات الحصول على ترخيص إلكتروني من الغرفة التجارية، مع تحديد دقيق لطريقة الاشتراك، نوع الجوائز، وتواريخ بدئها وانتهائها، على أن تتم تحت إشراف وزارة التجارة,
  3. ضوابط السحوبات والمسابقات التجارية:
     1. لا يجوز تنظيم أو الإعلان عن أي سحب أو مسابقة تجارية عبر المنصة إلا بعد الحصول على التراخيص النظامية اللازمة، بما في ذلك الترخيص الإلكتروني من الغرفة التجارية متى كان مطلوبًا.
     2. توضيح طريقة المشاركة ونوع الجوائز وتاريخ بداية المسابقة ونهايتها.
     3. إجراء السحب تحت إشراف وزارة التجارة متى كان ذلك مطلوبًا نظامًا.
     4. عدم اشتراط الشراء أو رفع قيمة المنتجات للدخول في السحب.
     5. نشر رقم الترخيص في إعلانات المسابقة.
     6. منع مشاركة منظم المسابقة وأقاربه وموظفي المنشأة في السحب.

• How it works: Content creators' followers earn points (tickets) when they interact with the creator's products. The more engagement, the greater the chance of winning, whether by liking, saving, following, sharing, viewing, or favoriting. Note that the Jaiznle team is not responsible for any error in counting points, as this is done automatically. The content creator may draw winners from the list of top engagers, provided the participant is not a legal entity and is not a manager, content creator, or member of the Jaiznle team (the platform reserves the right to change the points calculation method at any time).
• For the content creator:
  1. The deadline for delivering prizes to winners is 7 days. If not delivered, you will be banned from the draw feature, so please upload attachments proving prize delivery, to preserve your right and the platform's right and to ensure the draw feature remains active in your account.
  2. Organizing draws and competitions requires obtaining an electronic license from the Chamber of Commerce, with a precise definition of the participation method, prize type, and start and end dates, provided they are conducted under the supervision of the Ministry of Commerce.
  3. Commercial draw and competition controls:
     1. No commercial draw or competition may be organized or advertised through the platform unless the required regulatory licenses have been obtained, including the electronic license from the Chamber of Commerce where required.
     2. The participation method, prize type, start date, and end date must be clearly stated.
     3. The draw must be conducted under the supervision of the Ministry of Commerce where legally required.
     4. Entry into the draw must not require a purchase or an increase in product prices.
     5. The license number must be published in the competition advertisements.
     6. The competition organizer, their relatives, and the establishment's employees are prohibited from participating in the draw.
     7. Prizes must be delivered within seven days from the date of the draw.
     8. Results must be announced through the same channel used to announce the competition.
     9. The competition period must not exceed sixty days from the date of announcement until prize delivery.

خدمة (إضافة مدراء محتوى لحساب صانع المحتوى): Service (Adding Content Managers to a Content Creator's Account):

• آلية العمل(يقوم صانع المحتوى بإرسال دعوة لأي شخص يرغب منه إدارة محتواه وذلك بإرسال رسالة عبر بريده الإلكتروني وإضافته مديرًا لمحتواه أو يمكن أن نعرض على صانع المحتوى إضافة مدير محتوى من خلال فريق جايزنلي وذلك وفق شروط معينة يحددها الفريق، وسيتمكن مدير المحتوى من إنشاء المنتجات لكن لا يمكنهم نشرها حتى تتم موافقة صانع المحتوى).

• How it works: The content creator sends an invitation to any person they wish to have manage their content by sending a message via the person's email and adding them as a manager of their content. Alternatively, we may offer the content creator the option to add a content manager through the Jaiznle team according to certain conditions set by the team. The content manager will be able to create products but cannot publish them until the content creator approves.

• How it works: The content creator may add discount codes from several preferred stores, so that when followers are referred to the store they can use them.

خدمة(الحملات الإعلانية): Service (Advertising Campaigns):

• آلية العمل(يقوم مالك المتجر بإطلاق حملة تسويقية على مجموعة من المنتجات المختارة. عند تفاعل المستخدمين مع هذه المنتجات، يتم تأهيلهم للدخول في السحب على جائزة يتم تحديدها مسبقًا من قبل مالك المتجر. ويتم اختيار أحد صناع المحتوى للمشاركة في الحملة والإعلان عنها، كما يتولى صانع المحتوى إجراء السحب واختيار الفائز ).

• How it works: The store owner launches a marketing campaign on a selected group of products. When users interact with these products, they qualify to enter a draw for a prize predetermined by the store owner. One of the content creators is selected to participate in the campaign and advertise it, and the content creator conducts the draw and selects the winner.

الشروط الأساسية للخدمات أعلاه: Basic Conditions for the Above Services:

1. يلزم أن يكون لديك حساب ساري وفعال لدينا في الموقع.

1. You must have a valid and active account with us on the site.
2. The email address and mobile number must be active.
3. The user must be aware that, if subscribing to draws, the mobile number will be visible to the content creator.
4. You must agree to the terms and conditions and privacy policy of the site and application.

• هذا الموقع الإلكتروني يعرض كما هو بكامل عيوبه وأخطائه-إن وجدت- ولا نقوم بتقديم أي تعهد أو ضمان صريح أو ضمني للموقع الإلكتروني أو أي من محتوياته، كما لا يجب إعتبار أي من محتويات الموقع الإلكتروني على أنه نصيحة أو استشارة مقدمة لك.
• يقر المستخدم بأن جميع المحتويات المنشورة على المنصة يتم تقديمها من قبل صناع المحتوى أو ملاك المتاجر أنفسهم،ولا تتحمل المنصة أو فريق جايزنلي أي مسؤولية قانونية عن صحة أو دقة أو موثوقية المحتوى كما أنها تخلي مسؤوليتها بشكل كامل عن أي أخطاء أو مخالفات ناتجة عن المحتوى المنشور ويحق للمستخدمين الإبلاغ عنها عند صاحب المحتوى نفسه.
• يتحمل صانع المحتوى وملاك المتاجر المسؤولية الكاملة عن أي محتوى يقومون بنشره بما في ذلك النصوص والصور والروابط والإعلانات أو أي وسائط أخرى.
• لا تتحمل المنصة أي مسؤولية عن تسليم الجوائز أو تنفيذ الالتزامات المتعلقة بالمسابقات سواءً تم تنظيمها من قبل صناع المحتوى أو المتاجر أو أي طرف ثالث.
• لا تتحمل المنصة أي مسؤولية عن أي مخالفات قانونية تتعلق بالحملات الإعلانية، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر :عدم الحصول على التراخيص اللازمة للإعلان من الجهات المختصة.
• فريق جايزنلي غير مسؤول عن إستخدامك لكود الخصم وهل هو فعال أم لا حيث أن كامل المسؤولية تقع على صانع المحتوى والمتجر نفسه.
• يحق للمنصة إضافة مدير محتوى من فريق جايزنلي لصانع المحتوى بدون موافقته، ويمكن لصانع المحتوى إيقاف هذه الميزة كليًا ،بالإضافة إلى أنه يحق للمنصة إزالة المدير أو تغييره وفق ماتراه مناسبًا دون إبداء أسباب الحذف.
• يحق للمنصة قبول أو رفض طلبات الإنضمام كصانع محتوى أو مالك متجر دون الإلتزام بتوضيح أسباب الرفض أو القبول.
• كما يحق للمنصة حذف أي حساب مسجل في المنصة دون إبداء أي أسباب .
• يلتزم صناع المحتوى بالإمتناع عن التشهير أو الإساءة بسمعة أي منتج أو متجر أو جهة.
• في حال إستخدام أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي لجمع أو سحب البيانات أو المحتوى فإن المسؤولية القانونية تقع بالكامل على صانع المحتوى وحده خاصة إذا كان موقع المصدر يمنع ذلك.
• ملكية الوسائط محفوظة لأصحابها، ومع ذلك المنصة تُصرح للمستخدمين بحفظ وتخزين كافة الوسائط المتاحة عبر المنصة دون قيود أو حاجة للحصول على موافقة خطية من صانع المحتوى أو الموقع المصدر.
• في حال طلب أي جهة مالكة للمصدر في إزالة الروابط أو المحتوى يحق للمحتوى الإمتثال لذلك.

• The user acknowledges that all content published on the platform is provided by the content creators or store owners themselves, and the platform and the Jaiznle team bear no legal liability for the validity, accuracy, or reliability of the content. They fully disclaim any responsibility for any errors or violations resulting from the published content, and users have the right to report them to the content owner.
• The content creator and store owners bear full responsibility for any content they publish, including texts, images, links, advertisements, or any other media.
• The platform bears no responsibility for the delivery of prizes or the fulfillment of obligations related to contests, whether organized by content creators, stores, or any third party.
• The platform bears no responsibility for any legal violations related to advertising campaigns, including but not limited to: failure to obtain the necessary advertising licenses from the competent authorities.
• The Jaiznle team is not responsible for your use of a discount code or whether it is valid or not, as full responsibility lies with the content creator and the store itself.
• The platform has the right to add a content manager from the Jaiznle team to a content creator without their consent, and the content creator may disable this feature entirely. In addition, the platform has the right to remove or change the manager as it sees fit without giving reasons for the removal.
• The platform reserves the right to accept or reject applications to join as a content creator or store owner without any obligation to explain the reasons for rejection or acceptance.
• The platform also reserves the right to delete any account registered on the platform without giving any reasons.
• Content creators are obligated to refrain from defamation or harming the reputation of any product, store, or entity.
• If artificial intelligence tools are used to collect or extract data or content, full legal responsibility lies solely with the content creator, especially if the source website prohibits such use.
• Ownership of the media is reserved to its owners. However, the platform authorizes users to save and store all media available through the platform without restrictions and without the need to obtain written approval from the content creator or the source website.
• If any source-owning entity requests the removal of links or content, the platform has the right to comply with that request.

Steps for submitting a rights infringement report or complaint:

1. تعبئة نموذج الإشعار والإزالة المتاح على المنصة أو إرسال بريد إلكتروني إلى: copyright@jaiznle.sa.
2. يجب أن يتضمن البلاغ: وصفًا واضحًا للمحتوى المُنتهَك، رابط المحتوى المخالف على المنصة، إثبات ملكيتك أو تفويضك، بياناتك الشخصية للتواصل، وإقرار بصحة المعلومات.
3. تقوم جايزنلي بمراجعة البلاغ
4. في حال ثبوت المخالفة، يتم إزالة المحتوى فورًا وإشعار صاحب الحساب.
5. يحق لصاحب المحتوى المُزال تقديم اعتراض خلال 10 أيام

1. Complete the notice-and-takedown form available on the platform, or send an email to: copyright@jaiznle.sa.
2. The report must include: a clear description of the infringed content, the URL of the violating content on the platform, proof of your ownership or authorization, your personal contact information, and a declaration of the validity of the information.
3. Jaiznle reviews the report.
4. If the violation is proven, the content is removed immediately and the account holder is notified.
5. The owner of the removed content has the right to file an objection within 10 days.
