These terms govern the use of Jaiznle's services, operated by وكالة جايزنلي للدعاية والاعلان (Jaiznle Advertising Agency). Express acceptance is required when registering or using features that require it, after the terms have been made available for review. Merely browsing the platform does not constitute express acceptance of them.

Accepting the terms alone does not authorize connecting external accounts, reading their content or publishing to them, nor does it grant permission for model training or other uses that require separate consent or authorization. Promotional use is governed by the promotional republication license set out in these terms, within its scope and requirements. Reviewing the privacy policy does not constitute blanket consent to all purposes of data processing.

Jaiznle offers features for recommendations, products, links and discount codes. These may include connecting social accounts, reading, importing, retaining, copying and processing content, including through AI tools, converting or editing and translating it, preparing drafts, publishing, scheduling and automated distribution.

Available features vary by account type, the enabled feature, connection permissions and what the service provider or external platform allows. Connecting an account, preparing content or scheduling it does not guarantee the post’s acceptance, the time it appears or its continued availability on the external platform, unless Jaiznle makes a specific undertaking to that effect.

Scheduled or automated publishing tasks you have authorized may run in the background and continue after you close the application or log out of Jaiznle. Neither action by itself cancels those tasks or withdraws authorization for the connected social account. Execution remains within the scope and duration of that authorization, subject to the provisions on cancelling tasks and withdrawing authorization set out in these terms.

When publishing to multiple accounts or platforms is available, each destination is processed separately, and publishing may succeed at some destinations and be delayed or fail at others. Failure at one destination or cancellation of a publishing plan does not, by itself, delete posts already published. The applicable provisions on withdrawal of authorization, removal requests and rights remain in effect.

Account connection features, the creation of publishing plans and the use of AI may be subject to usage limits or quotas depending on the account and feature. A feature being free or available does not mean that its use is unlimited, and Jaiznle may refuse to start a new request that exceeds the applicable limit, subject to any specific undertaking and existing rights.
تُنفذ العمليات التي تؤديها جايزنلي نيابةً عن المستخدم ضمن تعليماته وتفويضه والإعدادات والقواعد الآلية التي فعّلها، وبما يتفق مع شروط مزود الخدمة والأنظمة السارية. يجوز لجايزنلي رفض أو تعليق تنفيذ عملية ربط أو استيراد أو معالجة أو نشر عند عدم توافر التفويض أو الصلاحيات أو الحقوق اللازمة، أو وجود سبب معقول للاشتباه في مخالفتها للأنظمة أو شروط المزود، مع مراعاة الحقوق والالتزامات القائمة.
Operations that Jaiznle performs on a user's behalf are carried out within that user's instructions, authorization, settings and automated rules they have enabled, and in accordance with the service provider's terms and applicable law. Jaiznle may refuse or suspend a connection, import, processing or publishing operation if the necessary authorization, permissions or rights are unavailable, or if there are reasonable grounds to suspect that the operation violates applicable law or the provider’s terms, subject to existing rights and obligations.
لا يُعد ربط الحساب تفويضًا بكل إجراء يمكن تنفيذه عليه، ولا تمنح صلاحية القراءة وحدها إذنًا بالنشر أو التعديل في الحساب المرتبط.
Connecting an account does not authorize every action that can be performed on it, and read access alone does not authorize publishing or modification on the connected account.

When connecting or managing an account, you must own it or be authorized to manage it and perform the requested operations. By using Jaiznle's features that rely on YouTube API Services, the user agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

The user may withdraw optional authorization they have granted and request disconnection or deletion of their data or account, subject to applicable rights, the procedures described in the Privacy Policy and appropriate verification requirements. These actions differ in scope and effect; disconnecting an account or deleting a Jaiznle account does not, by itself, delete the user's accounts or posts on external platforms.

An authorization that has expired or been withdrawn may not be used to initiate new use that depends on it. Preparing or scheduling content does not authorize publishing after the required authorization has been withdrawn. It may not be possible to stop a request whose transmission to an external platform has begun or to reverse its effects. The Privacy Policy explains the procedures for withdrawal, revocation, deletion and retention and the applicable time limits, in accordance with legal requirements and the binding terms of data sources.

Rights in the content remain with the user or its rights holders. To the extent of the rights the user owns or is authorized to grant, the user grants Jaiznle a non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, convert or edit, translate, publish and distribute the content, only to the extent and for the period necessary to provide the feature and carry out the user's instructions and the authorization granted.

The user grants this license without financial compensation, to the extent of the rights they own or are authorized to grant without compensation. Neither granting the license nor using the content within its scope obligates Jaiznle to pay a license fee or royalty to the user, or to the rights holder they represent under valid authorization, unless an agreement in force provides otherwise.

This license does not grant rights in third-party materials that the user lacks authority to grant. It does not include using the content to train or improve models or to market Jaiznle's services; promotional use is governed by the promotional republication license in the next clause.

The license ends when the purpose and authorization on which it is based end, subject to retention or deletion requirements imposed by applicable law or the source's terms. This does not permit retaining or using the content for another purpose without an applicable basis.

By accepting this clause as part of the Terms of Service, you grant وكالة جايزنلي للدعاية والاعلان (Jaiznle Advertising Agency), referred to as “Jaiznle,” a non-exclusive license to use the content covered below for the purposes and within the limits set out in this clause. You retain ownership of your rights in the content and may use it or license it to others.

If you act on behalf of a person or entity, the license you grant is limited to your actual authority and the rights you are authorized to grant.

The license covers text, images, videos, recommendations and experiences you have submitted or approved for publication on your public Jaiznle page when you accept this clause, those you submit or approve for publication there during the license term, and specific materials you provide to us for the promotional purpose described here.
لا يشمل ذلك تلقائيًا جميع منشورات حساباتك الخارجية، أو رسائلك وملفاتك الخاصة، أو البيانات المستوردة لأغراض أخرى، أو مجموع إنتاجك المستقبلي. ولا يُعد إنشاء صفحة أولية لك أو إضافة محتوى إليها بواسطة فريق جايزنلي قبولًا منك لهذا الترخيص.
This does not automatically cover all posts on your external accounts, your private messages and files, data imported for other purposes or your entire future output. The Jaiznle team preparing an initial page for you or adding content to it does not constitute your acceptance of this license.

Use is limited to introducing your recommendations, experiences and Jaiznle page, and promoting the platform by presenting that page, the content and Jaiznle's role in making it available.
يجوز الاستخدام في موقع جايزنلي وتطبيقها، وفي حساباتها الاجتماعية الرسمية التي تديرها باسمها على سناب شات وتيك توك وإكس وإنستغرام، والمعلنة عبر منصتها. ويشمل ذلك النشر المعتاد وتمويل منشورات هذه الحسابات والترويج المدفوع لها للغرض نفسه، دون اشتراط إذن إضافي لكل منشور أو عملية ترويج يغطيها هذا الترخيص. ويشمل الاستخدام إتاحة المحتوى للجمهور عبر الإنترنت داخل المملكة وخارجها، مع مراعاة المتطلبات النظامية المنطبقة.
Content may be used on Jaiznle's website and application and on its official social accounts operated under its name on Snapchat, TikTok, X and Instagram and identified through its platform. This includes ordinary posting, boosting those accounts' posts and paying to promote them for the same purpose, without requiring additional permission for each post or promotion covered by this license. Use includes making content publicly available online inside and outside Saudi Arabia, subject to applicable legal requirements.
لا يجيز هذا الترخيص نسبة تجربة أو توصية جديدة إليك، أو إظهار تأييدك لمنتج آخر أو لحملة مستقلة لا يشملها الغرض المحدد.
This license does not permit attributing a new experience or recommendation to you or presenting you as endorsing another product or an independent campaign outside the stated purpose.

4. Uses, Editing and Attribution
يجوز لجايزنلي نسخ المحتوى واستضافته وإعادة نشره وعرضه، كاملًا أو في مقتطفات، وإجراء التعديلات اللازمة لإعداده للنشر؛ مثل تغيير المقاس، والاختصار، وترتيب المقاطع، وإضافة العناوين والترجمة النصية وشعار جايزنلي.
Jaiznle may copy, host, republish and display the content in full or in excerpts and make edits needed to prepare it for publication, such as resizing, shortening, arranging clips and adding titles, subtitles, translations and the Jaiznle logo.
تكون هذه التعديلات دون تحريف جوهر تجربتك أو تغيير معنى كلامك أو اختلاق قول أو تأييد منسوب إليك. ولا يشمل الترخيص استنساخ صوتك أو إنشاء أداء مصطنع يوهم بأنه صادر منك.
These edits must not distort the substance of your experience, change the meaning of your words or fabricate a statement or endorsement attributed to you. The license does not cover cloning your voice or creating a synthetic performance that misleadingly appears to come from you.

The content is credited to you by your name or account name, with a reference to your page according to the publishing medium's nature and capabilities. Required advertising or sponsorship disclosures are observed where applicable.
5. منع إضافة أكوادنا أو تحويل المنفعة إلى غيرك
5. No Addition of Our Codes or Diversion of Benefits to Others
لا تضيف جايزنلي، ضمن إعادة النشر المشمولة بهذا البند، أكواد خصم تخصها أو تخص مستخدمًا أو طرفًا آخر، ولا روابط شراء بالعمولة تحقق منفعة لها أو لغيرك بدلًا منك.
In republication covered by this clause, Jaiznle does not add discount codes belonging to itself, another user or another party, or affiliate purchase links that benefit Jaiznle or someone else instead of you.
يشمل هذا القيد المادة المنشورة وما تضيفه جايزنلي أو تأذن بإضافته من وصف أو صور أو تعليقات مصاحبة، وكذلك الروابط المختصرة أو التحويلات التي تؤدي إلى النتيجة نفسها.
This restriction covers the published material and accompanying captions, images or comments that Jaiznle adds or authorizes, including shortened links or redirects that produce the same result.
يجوز إبقاء كودك أو رابطك الأصلي المشمول بالمحتوى، وإضافة رابط صفحتك أو رابط جايزنلي للتعريف بالصفحة والمنصة. ولا يُعد مجرد استخدام أدوات القياس التقني تحويلًا للعمولة، ما لم يغيّر المستفيد منها أو يخالف الأغراض المعلنة لمعالجة البيانات.
Your original code or link included in the content may be retained, and a link to your page or to Jaiznle may be added to introduce the page and platform. Using technical measurement tools alone is not a diversion of commission unless it changes the beneficiary or conflicts with the disclosed purposes of data processing.

6. Changes to Codes, Links and Offers
تتحمل مسؤولية صحة بيانات الأكواد والروابط والعروض التي تقدمها أو تعتمدها، وبيان قيودها الجوهرية، وإبلاغ جايزنلي بالتغييرات المهمة التي تعلم بها؛ مثل انتهاء الكود، أو تغيّر شروطه أو المستفيد منه، أو تغيّر وجهة الرابط.
You are responsible for the accuracy of code, link and offer information you provide or approve, disclosing its material restrictions and notifying Jaiznle of significant changes you become aware of, such as a code expiring, its terms or beneficiary changing, or a link's destination changing.
يجوز تصحيح كودك أو رابطك بطلبك أو اعتمادك. ولا يُستبدل بكود أو رابط يعود لغيرك على أنه يخصك.
Your code or link may be corrected at your request or with your approval. It must not be replaced with someone else's code or link and presented as yours.
عند العلم الموثوق بأن البيانات المعروضة أصبحت غير صحيحة أو مضللة، تتخذ جايزنلي الإجراء المناسب، بما قد يشمل التصحيح أو إيقاف العرض أو الإزالة. وإذا كان الخطأ داخل الفيديو أو الصورة وتعذر تصحيحه بصورة مناسبة، جاز إيقاف المنشور أو إزالته دون التزام بإعادة إنتاجه أو نشر نسخة بديلة.
On reliable knowledge that displayed information has become inaccurate or misleading, Jaiznle takes appropriate action, which may include correcting it, stopping its display or removing it. If the error is within a video or image and cannot appropriately be corrected, the post may be stopped or removed without an obligation to reproduce it or publish a replacement.

This clause does not include an undertaking to continuously monitor all codes, links, prices and stock availability.

يمكنك إبلاغ جايزنلي بتغيّر رأيك في تجربة أو توصية، أو بطلب وقف استخدام مادة معينة. ولا يجعل تغيّر الرأي وحده الاستخدام السابق المشروع استخدامًا غير مأذون بأثر رجعي.
You may notify Jaiznle that your opinion about an experience or recommendation has changed or request that use of particular material stop. A change of opinion alone does not retroactively make prior lawful use unauthorized.
لا يجوز الاستمرار في عرض الرأي السابق بطريقة توهم أنه تأييد حالي بعد العلم بما يجعله مضللًا. وتُعالج الحالة بحسب طبيعتها، بالتصحيح أو توضيح السياق أو إيقاف العرض أو الإزالة.
A previous opinion must not continue to be presented as a current endorsement once circumstances making that presentation misleading are known. The situation is addressed according to its nature by correction, clarification of context, stopping display or removal.

Editing or deleting the source does not technically update all republished copies automatically. The substance of your request, the effect of deletion and the content source's terms are taken into account, without disregarding a valid license withdrawal or the end of the basis for use.

You represent that you hold the rights and authority needed to grant this license and have disclosed material restrictions you know of, including rights in music, images, individuals, trademarks and third-party materials.

Jaiznle may request what is needed to verify rights, stop using material or remove unauthorized elements within the permitted editing limits. Claims arising from a user's violation are governed by the terms concerning the parties' responsibilities and recourse against the user.
9. الاسم والصورة والصوت والبيانات الشخصية
9. Name, Image, Voice and Personal Data
يشمل الغرض المحدد في هذا البند استخدام اسم عرضك واسم حسابك وصورتك وصوتك الواردة في المحتوى المشمول، بالقدر اللازم للتعريف بالمحتوى وصفحتك ودور جايزنلي في عرضهما.
The stated purpose includes using your display name, account name, image and voice present in the covered content to the extent needed to introduce the content, your page and Jaiznle's role in presenting them.
وتخضع معالجة البيانات الشخصية وموافقاتها ونقلها لسياسة الخصوصية والأنظمة السارية. ولا يشمل هذا الترخيص استخدام بيانات شخصية حساسة للتسويق أو أغراضًا أخرى غير مشمولة بموافقة صحيحة.
Personal data processing, the associated consents and data transfers are governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable law. This license does not cover using sensitive personal data for marketing or other purposes not covered by valid consent.
10. عدم استحقاق مقابل مالي عن الترخيص
10. No Financial Compensation for the License
تمنح هذا الترخيص دون أن تستحق أنت، بصفتك المستخدم، أجرًا أو رسوم ترخيص أو حصة من الإيرادات مقابل الاستخدام المأذون به بموجبه، ما لم يوجد اتفاق نافذ ينص على خلاف ذلك.
You grant this license without becoming entitled, as the user, to remuneration, license fees or a share of revenue for use authorized under it, unless an agreement in force provides otherwise.
ولا ينشأ أجر ترخيص بأثر رجعي عن استخدام سابق مشروع لمجرد تغيير موقفك أو طلبك مقابلًا لاحقًا، مع حفظ الاتفاقات النافذة والمستحقات والتعويضات المقررة نظامًا.
No retroactive license fee arises for prior lawful use merely because you later change your position or request payment, without affecting agreements in force, amounts due or compensation provided by law.
ولا تنشئ إعادة النشر بذاتها اتفاق عمولة أو وكالة بيع، ولا تضمن قبول الكود أو احتساب الإحالات أو تحقيق مبيعات أو عمولات. وتبقى الحقوق والالتزامات المتعلقة بالمتاجر والعمولات خاضعة لاتفاقاتها ولأي تعهد محدد تقدمه جايزنلي.
Republication by itself does not create a commission agreement or sales agency and does not guarantee code acceptance, referral attribution, sales or commissions. Rights and obligations concerning stores and commissions remain subject to their agreements and any specific undertaking Jaiznle makes.
11. الاستخدامات غير المشمولة والاستعانة بالموردين
11. Excluded Uses and Engagement of Service Providers
لا يشمل هذا الترخيص بيع المحتوى أو منح المعلنين الآخرين حق استغلاله بصورة مستقلة، أو إتاحته بمقابل أو ضمن اشتراك بقصد تحقيق دخل مستقل منه، أو استخدامه لتدريب نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي أو تحسينها. ويحتاج أي استخدام من هذه الأنواع إلى اتفاق يغطيه قبل تنفيذه. ولا يشمل هذا الاستبعاد تمويل منشورات حسابات جايزنلي الرسمية والترويج المدفوع لها ضمن الغرض والحدود المبينة أعلاه.
This license does not cover selling the content, granting other advertisers a right to exploit it independently, making it available for a fee or by subscription to generate independent income from it, or using it to train or improve AI models. Any such use requires an agreement covering it before it takes place. This exclusion does not apply to boosting posts on Jaiznle's official accounts or paying to promote them within the purpose and limits stated above.
يجوز الاستعانة بالموردين اللازمين للتحرير والاستضافة والنشر والترويج المدفوع المأذون به في حدود الغرض والمدة نفسيهما، ومنح الصلاحيات التقنية اللازمة لذلك، دون منحهم حق استغلال المحتوى لأغراضهم المستقلة.
Service providers needed for editing, hosting, publishing and authorized paid promotion may be engaged within the same purpose and term and given the technical permissions necessary for that work, without a right to exploit the content for their own independent purposes.
ولا يُعد هذا البند تعهدًا بالتحكم في إعلانات تعرضها منصة خارجية بصورة مستقلة أو في تعليقات الجمهور؛ ويظل ما تضيفه جايزنلي أو تأذن به خاضعًا للقيود الواردة هنا.
This clause is not an undertaking to control advertisements independently displayed by an external platform or public comments. What Jaiznle adds or authorizes remains subject to the restrictions stated here.
12. مدة الترخيص وطلب عدم النشر أو الحذف
12. License Term and Requests Not to Publish or to Delete
يسري الترخيص من قبولك المثبت له، وينتهي بإغلاق الحساب أو سحب الترخيص أو انتهاء مدة أقصر متفق عليها، أيها أسبق.
The license runs from your verifiable acceptance and ends on account closure, withdrawal of the license or expiry of a shorter agreed term, whichever occurs first.
يمكنك طلب عدم نشر مادة تتعلق بك ضمن هذه الاستخدامات الترويجية، أو وقف استخدامها أو حذفها، كما يمكنك سحب الترخيص كليًا أو جزئيًا، بالتواصل عبر support@jaiznle.sa أو الوسائل المتاحة لهذا الغرض.
You may request that material relating to you not be published under these promotional uses, that its use stop or that it be deleted. You may also withdraw the license in full or in part by contacting support@jaiznle.sa or using the available channels for this purpose.
يجوز طلب معلومات متناسبة للتحقق من هوية مقدم الطلب وصفته وتحديد المواد المشمولة. ويُفهم الطلب بحسب مضمونه، دون اشتراط استخدام عبارة قانونية معينة.
Proportionate information may be requested to verify the requester's identity and authority and identify the material covered. A request is interpreted according to its substance without requiring particular legal wording.
13. أثر السحب على المنشورات السابقة والمجدولة
13. Effect of Withdrawal on Existing and Scheduled Posts
تتوقف الاستخدامات الجديدة المشمولة بالسحب، وتُعالج المواد المنشورة التي تديرها جايزنلي بالإزالة أو وقف الإتاحة بحسب الطلب والحقوق المنطبقة. ويشمل ذلك إيقاف الترويج المدفوع المشمول بالسحب. وتُوقف المعالجة القائمة على موافقة مسحوبة دون تأخير غير مبرر.
New uses covered by withdrawal stop, and published material managed by Jaiznle is addressed by removal or by stopping its availability according to the request and applicable rights. This includes stopping paid promotion covered by withdrawal. Processing based on withdrawn consent stops without unjustified delay.
لا يُعد إعداد المحتوى أو جدولته إذنًا بنشره بعد انتهاء الترخيص أو سحبه. أما الطلبات التي أُرسلت بالفعل إلى منصة خارجية فتُتخذ بشأنها الإجراءات المتاحة والواجبة، دون ضمان إمكان إلغاء أثرها قبل ظهورها.
Preparing or scheduling content does not authorize publication after the license ends or is withdrawn. Available and required action is taken concerning requests already sent to an external platform, without guaranteeing that their effects can be cancelled before they appear.
لا يجعل السحب الاستخدام السابق المشروع غير مشروع بأثر رجعي، ولا يجيز استمرار استخدام انتهى أساسه.
Withdrawal does not retroactively make prior lawful use unlawful or permit continued use after its basis has ended.
14. أخطاء النشر والتصحيح والمسؤولية
14. Publishing Errors, Corrections and Liability
إذا وقع نشر غير مقصود لمادة مشمولة بطلب منع أو حذف، أو ظهر خطأ في النسبة أو الكود أو الرابط أو التعديل، تعمل جايزنلي عند العلم به على الإجراء المناسب لوقفه أو تصحيحه أو إزالته والحد من تكراره.
If material covered by a request not to publish or to delete is published unintentionally, or an error appears in attribution, a code, a link or an edit, Jaiznle takes appropriate action on becoming aware of it to stop, correct or remove it and limit recurrence.
لا يُعد وقوع الخطأ تجديدًا للترخيص أو تغييرًا لطلب المستخدم. وتتحدد مسؤولية كل طرف والتعويض، إن استحق، بحسب دوره الفعلي وبنود مسؤوليات الأطراف وحدودها والأنظمة السارية.
An error does not renew the license or change the user's request. Each party's liability and any compensation due are determined by its actual role, the provisions on the parties' responsibilities and limits, and applicable law.
ولا يقرر هذا البند مبلغ تعويض ثابتًا أو مستحقًا تلقائيًا لمجرد تقديم طلب أو بلاغ.
This clause does not establish a fixed or automatically payable compensation amount merely because a request or report is submitted.

15. Third-Party Copies and Necessary Records
تنفذ جايزنلي الإجراءات المطلوبة بشأن النسخ التي تديرها أو تتحكم فيها، وتتخذ ما يلزم نظامًا تجاه الجهات التي أُفصح لها عن البيانات. ولا تضمن حذف النسخ التي أنشأها الغير بصورة مستقلة أو إزالة المحتوى من جميع نتائج البحث والنسخ المخبأة عبر الإنترنت.
Jaiznle carries out required action concerning copies it manages or controls and takes legally required steps concerning recipients of disclosed data. It does not guarantee deletion of copies independently created by others or removal from all search results and cached copies across the internet.
يجوز الاحتفاظ بصورة غير علنية بما يجوز نظامًا من سجلات لازمة لإثبات الترخيص أو التعامل مع الطلبات والمطالبات، في حدود الغرض والمدة المسموحين. ولا يجيز هذا الاحتفاظ استمرار العرض الترويجي للمحتوى.
Records lawfully needed to evidence the license or handle requests and claims may be retained non-publicly within the permitted purpose and period. Such retention does not authorize continued promotional display of the content.

16. Publication Decisions and Relationship to the Other Terms
لا يلزم هذا الترخيص جايزنلي بنشر محتوى معين أو بعدد منشورات أو توقيت أو مدة عرض أو نتائج تجارية محددة. ويجوز لها الامتناع عن النشر أو إيقافه أو إزالة المادة وفق الشروط والأنظمة.
This license does not oblige Jaiznle to publish particular content or commit to a number of posts, timing, display period or specific commercial results. It may decline or stop publication or remove material in accordance with the terms and applicable law.
هذا الترخيص مستقل في نطاقه عن تفويض قراءة حساباتك الاجتماعية أو النشر فيها؛ فلا يمنح ربط الحساب وحده ترخيصًا ترويجيًا، ولا يمنح الترخيص الترويجي صلاحية الدخول إلى حسابك أو النشر فيه. وتُراعى متطلبات كل مزود عند فك الربط أو إبطال التفويض.
This license is separate in scope from authorization to read or publish to your social accounts. Connecting an account alone does not grant a promotional license, and the promotional license does not grant access to your account or permission to publish to it. Each provider's requirements apply when disconnecting an account or revoking authorization.
لا يؤدي مجرد نشر هذا البند أو تعديل الشروط إلى إنشاء قبول سابق غير موجود، أو توسيع الترخيص بأثر رجعي. وتبقى الاتفاقات الخاصة النافذة معتبرة في نطاقها، مع مراعاة الأحكام النظامية الواجبة.
Merely publishing this clause or amending the terms does not create prior acceptance that did not occur or expand the license retroactively. Specific agreements in force remain effective within their scope, subject to mandatory legal provisions.
تبقى حقوق الصور والموسيقى والفيديوهات والنصوص والعلامات وغيرها من المواد لأصحاب الحقوق فيها. ولا تنتقل هذه الحقوق إلى جايزنلي أو المستخدم لمجرد عرض المحتوى أو استيراده أو معالجته.
Rights in images, music, videos, text, trademarks and other materials remain with their rights holders. These rights do not transfer to Jaiznle or the user merely because the content is displayed, imported or processed.
إتاحة المحتوى للعامة، أو امتلاك نسخة منه، أو ذكر اسم صاحبه ورابط صفحته، لا يكفي وحده لإثبات حق نسخه أو تحريره أو إعادة نشره.
Making content public, possessing a copy or crediting its owner's name and page link alone is not sufficient to establish a right to copy, edit or republish it.
يلتزم من يرفع المحتوى أو يطلب استخدامه بتوافر الحقوق والأذونات أو المسوغ النظامي اللازم للعملية والوجهة المقصودة، بما يشمل حقوق الموسيقى والصور والعلامات وصور الأشخاص وأصواتهم.
Anyone who uploads content or requests its use must have the rights and permissions or legal basis required for the operation and intended destination, including rights in music, images, trademarks and people's images and voices.

Permission to use some materials, including music available within a social platform, may be limited to particular uses or destinations. The available rights must be checked to ensure that they cover the requested use, including promotional republication and paid promotion where used.

Content may be displayed directly from its source or retained as copies or derived materials, depending on the feature and the available rights and authorization.

Deleting or changing content at the source does not mean that the change is automatically or immediately reflected in every copy retained by Jaiznle or in a post already sent to another platform.

This does not alter content owners' rights or update and deletion requirements imposed by applicable law or the source's terms, or permit continued use after the license or basis for that use has ended.

The user may, depending on the available features, authorize a content manager, editor or the Jaiznle team to help prepare or manage their account's content. Those performing these tasks must stay within the authorization, permissions, rights and instructions granted, including the automated rules the user has enabled, and may not publish or edit on the user's behalf outside those limits.
لا تمنح صلاحية إدارة صفحة جايزنلي ملكية المحتوى، أو إذنًا بربط الحسابات الخارجية أو التصرف فيها، أو باستخدام المحتوى لأغراض أخرى. ويظل الاستخدام الترويجي خاضعًا لترخيص إعادة النشر الترويجي المبين في هذه الشروط وفي حدود نطاقه ومتطلباته.
Authority to manage a Jaiznle page does not confer ownership of the content or permission to connect or take actions on external accounts or use the content for other purposes. Promotional use remains governed by the promotional republication license set out in these terms, within its scope and requirements.

Authorized members of the Jaiznle team may access the user's Jaiznle account and necessary data held by Jaiznle only to the extent needed for operations, support, security and compliance with legal obligations, with an applicable legal basis. This access does not authorize optional content management or promotional republication. Any interaction with external accounts remains within the authorization granted for those accounts and their provider's terms.

The user may withdraw optional authorization they have granted or request that assistance end or that the manager they authorized be removed. New tasks may not be started in reliance on authorization that has expired or been withdrawn. Tasks whose execution actually began before withdrawal are handled according to their status and the applicable rights, instructions and requirements. Starting a task before withdrawal does not authorize continued use that is no longer permitted.

Jaiznle may replace the team member providing assistance within the authorization granted, unless that authorization is confined to a particular person, and may terminate their access. This does not permit expanding the authorized permissions or purposes. Withdrawal of optional management authorization does not prohibit necessary operational access within the limits stated above.

Jaiznle may prepare initial pages or content from publicly available sources, subject to the applicable legal basis, rights and notification requirements. This does not mean that the person concerned has approved the page or endorsed its content, and does not confer authority to accept terms or grant optional permissions on their behalf, or to connect or publish to their external accounts without their authorization. They may request correction or raise an objection in accordance with their rights.

Content may be supplied by users, and the Jaiznle team or its tools may help prepare, process or suggest it, depending on the feature.

Outputs from artificial intelligence tools may contain errors or information that is incomplete, outdated or unsuitable for the context. Generating or displaying them does not constitute a guarantee of their accuracy or of a particular commercial outcome, nor independent verification of claims, attribution or the availability of the required rights and permissions.
لا يُعد اقتراح الفريق أو أداة ذكاء اصطناعي تجربة شخصية أو رأيًا أو تأييدًا من صاحب الحساب لمجرد ظهوره ضمن أدوات حسابه. ولا يجوز نسبته إليه بهذه الصفة إلا إذا كانت النسبة صحيحة واعتمد الاستخدام المعني.
A suggestion from the team or an AI tool is not an account owner's personal experience, opinion or endorsement merely because it appears within their account tools. It may be attributed to them in that capacity only if the attribution is accurate and they have approved the relevant use.

Anyone who approves content, instructions or automated publishing rules must verify that the use is appropriate, that claims and attribution they provide or approve are accurate, and that the rights and permissions required for the use they request or authorize are available. Depending on the feature and its settings, automated publishing may be carried out within the authorization granted and the enabled rules without requesting manual approval for each post.

Statistics dashboards display engagement data recorded by Jaiznle or provided by connected platforms. Figures may differ depending on the source, measurement period and update time. Indicators such as "purchase intent" are estimates based on engagement and do not, by themselves, mean that an actual purchase has occurred. Any financial entitlement is determined by the agreement governing it, any specific undertaking made by Jaiznle and applicable law.
فيما عدا أي ضمان أو تعهد محدد تقدمه جايزنلي، وبالقدر الذي تسمح به الأنظمة السارية، تُقدَّم خدمات جايزنلي وميزاتها ومحتواها على أساس «كما هي» و«حسب التوافر»، دون ضمان لاستمرار إتاحة الخدمة دون انقطاع، أو خلوها من الأخطاء، أو اكتمال المعلومات وتحديثها، أو ملاءمتها لغرض خاص، أو تحقيق نتائج معينة مثل المبيعات أو الأرباح أو الوصول والتفاعل.
ولا تُنشئ المعلومات أو التوصيات العامة المعروضة في المنصة ضمانًا إضافيًا بمجرد عرضها، ولا تُعد استشارة مهنية مخصصة للمستخدم، ولا تغني عن التحقق المناسب أو الرجوع إلى مختص عندما تتطلب طبيعة القرار ذلك.
في المسابقات التي ينظمها متجر أو صانع محتوى أو طرف آخر باستخدام أدوات جايزنلي، يتحمل المنظم مسؤولية الحصول على التراخيص اللازمة وبيان شروط المسابقة وأهلية المشاركة وطريقة اختيار الفائزين والالتزام بالضوابط المنطبقة. ويلتزم من يجري السحب أو يختار الفائز بالشروط المعلنة، ومن تعهد بتقديم الجائزة بتوفيرها وتسليمها وفق الشروط والمدد المنطبقة؛ كل بحسب دوره والتزاماته.
لا يُعد مجرد توفير جايزنلي لأدوات المسابقة أو عرض إعلانها توليًا لتنظيمها أو رعايتها أو ضمانًا لجوائزها. وتُحدد مسؤولية كل طرف بحسب دوره الفعلي والتعهدات التي يقدمها، وفق بند «مسؤوليات الأطراف وحدودها» والأنظمة السارية.
يجوز لجايزنلي طلب المستندات الضرورية لإثبات التراخيص المطلوبة نظامًا أو تسليم الجوائز، وتعليق ميزة المسابقة عند وجود مخالفة، أو اشتباه معقول في غش، أو عدم تقديم المستندات الضرورية المطلوبة، مع مراعاة سياسة الخصوصية.
يلتزم المعلن وموفر المنتج أو الخدمة ومن يعد أو يعتمد أو ينشر المحتوى الإعلاني عبر جايزنلي أو لحسابها، كل بحسب صفته ودوره، باستيفاء التراخيص والتصاريح والموافقات المنطبقة على نشاطه والمنتج أو الخدمة، وبالإفصاح الواضح عن الطبيعة الإعلانية وتضمين البيانات المطلوبة نظامًا. ويتحمل كل منهم مسؤولية صحة الادعاءات والمعلومات التي يقدمها أو يعتمدها، وتوافر الحقوق والأذونات اللازمة للاستخدام الذي يطلبه أو يأذن به، مع الالتزام بالأنظمة وشروط منصة النشر.
لا يُعد مجرد إتاحة أدوات جايزنلي أو عرض رقم ترخيص يقدمه المستخدم تحققًا من صحة الترخيص أو صلاحيته، أو ضمانًا لاستيفاء الإعلان جميع المتطلبات.
يجوز لجايزنلي طلب المستندات الضرورية لإثبات التراخيص أو الحقوق أو الادعاءات الإعلانية، ورفض الإعلان أو إيقاف عرضه أو تعليق الميزة ذات الصلة عند وجود مخالفة، أو اشتباه معقول فيها، أو عدم تقديم المستندات الضرورية المطلوبة، مع مراعاة سياسة الخصوصية. وتُحدد مسؤولية كل طرف بحسب دوره الفعلي والتعهدات التي يقدمها، وفق بند «مسؤوليات الأطراف وحدودها» والأنظمة السارية.
تخضع أكواد الخصم والعروض لشروط الجهة المقدمة لها، بما يشمل مدة السريان والمنتجات المشمولة والاستثناءات وحدود الاستخدام. يتحمل من يقدم بيانات الكود أو العرض أو يعتمدها، بما في ذلك صانع المحتوى، مسؤولية صحة ما يقدمه أو يعتمده وبيان قيوده الجوهرية بوضوح. وتتحمل الجهة الملزمة بتقديم الخصم، سواء كانت المتجر أو غيره، مسؤولية تنفيذه وفق شروط العرض المعلنة والتزاماتها النظامية.
لا يُعد مجرد عرض الكود أو رابط العرض في جايزنلي ضمانًا لقبوله أو تطبيق الخصم على كل طلب، ما لم تقدم جايزنلي تعهدًا محددًا بذلك. ويجوز لجايزنلي تصحيح بيانات الكود أو العرض أو إيقاف عرضه أو إزالته عند وجود معلومات مضللة أو مخالفة، وفق هذه الشروط والأنظمة السارية. وتُطبق أحكام بند «مسؤوليات الأطراف وحدودها».
يخضع قبول طلبات الانضمام كصانع محتوى أو مالك متجر لتقدير جايزنلي ومتطلبات الخدمة، وفق الأنظمة السارية. ويجوز لجايزنلي طلب المعلومات أو المستندات الضرورية لتقييم الطلب، مع مراعاة سياسة الخصوصية. ولا يُعد تقديم الطلب أو استكمال بياناته ضمانًا للقبول، ولا تلتزم جايزنلي بتقديم شرح تفصيلي لأسباب قرار القبول أو الرفض، إلا حيث يلزم نظامًا.
يجوز لجايزنلي تقييد الحساب أو تعليقه أو إغلاقه، أو إزالة محتوى، عند مخالفة هذه الشروط أو الأنظمة السارية، أو وجود خطر أمني أو اشتباه معقول في احتيال أو إساءة استخدام أو انتهاك حقوق الغير، أو امتثالًا لمتطلب نظامي. ويجوز اتخاذ الإجراء فورًا عند الحاجة لحماية الخدمة أو الأشخاص أو الحقوق أو تنفيذ متطلب نظامي، مع مراعاة الإشعارات الواجبة والحقوق والالتزامات القائمة. ولا يلزم كشف تفاصيل قد يضر كشفها بالأمن أو التحقيق أو حقوق الغير، إلا حيث يلزم نظامًا.
يجوز لجايزنلي كذلك إيقاف الخدمة أو تغيير نطاقها لأسباب تشغيلية مشروعة، وتقييد الحساب أو إغلاقه في حدود ما يستلزمه ذلك، مع مراعاة أحكام تعديل الشروط والإشعارات الواجبة والحقوق والالتزامات القائمة. وتخضع معالجة بيانات الحساب والاحتفاظ بها أو إتلافها لسياسة الخصوصية والمتطلبات النظامية وشروط مصادر البيانات الملزمة.
يجوز لجايزنلي إنهاء خدمات الحساب أو إغلاقه إذا تعذر استمرار تقديم خدمات الحساب ككل للمستخدم بصورة نظامية بسبب عدم استيفاء متطلب مشروع وضروري لها، مع مراعاة الإشعارات الواجبة والحقوق والالتزامات القائمة. ولا يكفي لذلك رفض معالجة اختيارية لا تتوقف تلك الخدمات عليها.
Except for any specific warranty or undertaking given by Jaiznle, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, Jaiznle’s services, features and content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, completeness or up-to-dateness of information, suitability for a particular purpose, or achievement of particular results such as sales, profits, reach or engagement.
General information or recommendations displayed on the platform do not create an additional warranty merely by being displayed, do not constitute professional advice tailored to the user, and are not a substitute for appropriate verification or consulting a specialist when the nature of the decision calls for it.
In competitions organized by a store, content creator or another party using Jaiznle's tools, the organizer is responsible for obtaining the required licenses, stating the competition rules, participation eligibility and method for selecting winners, and complying with applicable requirements. Whoever conducts the draw or selects the winner must follow the published rules, and whoever undertakes to provide a prize must make it available and deliver it in accordance with the applicable terms and time limits, each according to their role and obligations.
Merely providing tools for a competition or displaying its advertisement does not make Jaiznle its organizer or sponsor, or a guarantor of its prizes. Each party's liability is determined by its actual role and the undertakings it gives, in accordance with the 'Responsibilities of the Parties and Their Limits' clause and applicable law.
Jaiznle may request documents necessary to demonstrate legally required licensing or delivery of prizes and may suspend the competition feature where there is a violation, a reasonable suspicion of fraud, or a failure to provide the necessary documents requested, subject to the Privacy Policy.
The advertiser, the provider of the product or service, and anyone who prepares, approves or publishes advertising content through Jaiznle or on its behalf must, each according to their capacity and role, obtain the licenses, permits and approvals applicable to their activity and the product or service, clearly disclose the advertising nature of the content and include the information required by law. Each is responsible for the accuracy of the claims and information they provide or approve, and for having the rights and permissions necessary for the use they request or authorize, while complying with applicable law and the publishing platform's terms.
Merely making Jaiznle's tools available or displaying a license number supplied by a user does not constitute verification that the license is authentic or valid, or a guarantee that the advertisement meets all requirements.
Jaiznle may request documents necessary to substantiate licenses, rights or advertising claims and may reject an advertisement, stop displaying it or suspend the related feature if there is a violation, a reasonable suspicion of a violation, or a failure to provide the necessary documents requested, subject to the Privacy Policy. Each party's liability is determined by its actual role and undertakings, in accordance with the 'Responsibilities of the Parties and Their Limits' clause and applicable law.
Discount codes and offers are subject to their provider's terms, including the validity period, covered products, exclusions and usage limits. Anyone who provides or approves code or offer details, including a content creator, is responsible for the accuracy of what they provide or approve and for clearly stating its material restrictions. The party obligated to provide the discount, whether the store or another party, is responsible for applying it in accordance with the published offer terms and its legal obligations.
Merely displaying a code or offer link on Jaiznle does not guarantee that the code will be accepted or that the discount will apply to every order, unless Jaiznle gives a specific undertaking to that effect. Jaiznle may correct code or offer details, stop displaying them or remove them where there is misleading information or a violation, in accordance with these terms and applicable law. The provisions of the 'Responsibilities of the Parties and Their Limits' clause apply.
Acceptance of applications to join as a content creator or store owner is at Jaiznle's discretion and subject to service requirements and applicable law. Jaiznle may request information or documents necessary to assess the application, subject to the Privacy Policy. Submitting an application or completing its details does not guarantee acceptance, and Jaiznle is not required to provide a detailed explanation of its acceptance or rejection decision, except where required by law.
Jaiznle may restrict, suspend or close an account, or remove content, in the event of a breach of these terms or applicable law, a security risk or reasonable suspicion of fraud, misuse or infringement of third-party rights, or to comply with a legal requirement. Immediate action may be taken when necessary to protect the service, people or rights, or to comply with a legal requirement, subject to required notices and existing rights and obligations. Details whose disclosure could harm security, an investigation or third-party rights need not be disclosed, except where required by law.
Jaiznle may also discontinue the service or change its scope for legitimate operational reasons, and restrict or close an account to the extent required by those changes, subject to the provisions on changes to these terms, required notices and existing rights and obligations. Processing, retention or destruction of account data is governed by the Privacy Policy, applicable legal requirements and binding data-source terms.
Jaiznle may terminate an account’s services or close the account if continuing to lawfully provide the account’s services as a whole to the user becomes impossible because a legitimate requirement necessary for them is not met, subject to required notices and existing rights and obligations. Refusal of optional processing on which those services do not depend is not sufficient for this action.
يتحمل المستخدم مسؤولية المحتوى والتعليمات والمعلومات التي يقدمها، وصحة ما ينسبه إلى نفسه من تجارب وآراء، وتوافر الحقوق والتصاريح اللازمة للاستخدام الذي يطلبه أو يأذن به.
The user is responsible for the content, instructions and information they provide, the accuracy of experiences and opinions they attribute to themselves, and the availability of the rights and permissions required for the use they request or authorize.
لا يُعد عرض المحتوى أو معالجته أو إعادة نشره ضمانًا من جايزنلي لصحة ادعاءات صاحبه أو امتلاكه حقوق الغير، ما لم تصدر جايزنلي تعهدًا محددًا بذلك.
Displaying, processing or republishing content does not constitute a guarantee by Jaiznle that its owner's claims are accurate or that they hold third-party rights, unless Jaiznle makes a specific undertaking to that effect.
تُحدد مسؤولية كل طرف وفق دوره الفعلي وما يُنسب إليه نظامًا. وتُطبق حدود المسؤولية بالقدر الذي تسمح به الأنظمة السارية، مع الحفاظ على الحقوق والمسؤوليات التي لا يجوز الاتفاق على استبعادها.
Each party's liability is determined according to its actual role and what is legally attributable to it. Limitations of liability apply to the extent permitted by applicable law, preserving rights and liabilities that cannot be excluded by agreement.
يلتزم المستخدم بتعويض جايزنلي عن الأضرار المباشرة والتكاليف المعقولة المثبتة الناشئة عن مطالبات الغير بسبب مخالفة ثابتة منه لهذه الشروط أو الأنظمة فيما يقدمه أو يعتمده من محتوى أو تعليمات، بقدر مسؤوليته المنسوبة إليه نظامًا، ووفق بند «مسؤوليات الأطراف وحدودها».
The user must compensate Jaiznle for direct losses and reasonable, substantiated costs arising from third-party claims caused by the user’s established breach of these Terms or applicable law in connection with content or instructions they provide or approve, to the extent of the responsibility legally attributable to them and in accordance with the 'Responsibilities of the Parties and Their Limits' clause.
يمكن تقديم بلاغ عن محتوى مخالف أو انتهاك للحقوق عبر قناة الشكاوى والإبلاغ المبينة في الشروط.
Reports of unlawful content or rights infringement may be submitted through the complaints and reporting channel described in these terms.
يجوز لجايزنلي تحديث هذه الشروط لمواكبة تغيّر الخدمات أو المتطلبات النظامية، مع بيان تاريخ سريان النسخة الجديدة. نوضح التغييرات الجوهرية بوسيلة مناسبة قبل تطبيقها على المستخدم، ونطلب قبولًا جديدًا عندما يستلزم التغيير ذلك.
Jaiznle may update these terms to reflect changes in the services or legal requirements, stating the effective date of the new version. We explain material changes through an appropriate channel before applying them to the user and request renewed acceptance when the change requires it.
لا يُعد نشر التعديل أو استمرار التصفح وحده قبولًا جديدًا، ولا يوسع تلقائيًا ترخيصًا أو تفويضًا أو موافقة اختيارية، ولا يزيد التزامات المستخدم بأثر رجعي لمجرد النشر، مع مراعاة الأحكام النظامية الواجبة.
Publishing a change or continuing to browse alone does not constitute renewed acceptance, automatically expand a license, authorization or optional consent, or retroactively increase the user's obligations merely through publication, subject to mandatory legal provisions.
إذا لم يقبل المستخدم تعديلًا لازمًا لميزة معينة، نوضح أثر ذلك على استمرار الميزة وخياراته، مع حفظ حقوقه القائمة. ولا يُعد رفض استخدام اختياري رفضًا للميزات الأخرى التي لا تعتمد عليه.
If the user does not accept a change necessary for a particular feature, we explain its effect on continued availability of that feature and the user's options, preserving their existing rights. Declining an optional use does not constitute rejection of other features that do not depend on it.
