البند الثالث. الوصول إلى موقع المستخدم: Article Three. Access to the User's Location:

قد يطلب الإذن بالوصول إلى موقعك الجغرافي من أجل تحديد العنوان الحالي وإدخاله ضمن أدوات التحليل،بما يسهم في تحسين تجربة الإستخدام وتقديم خدمات أكثر ملاءمة لاحتياجاتك.

البند الرابع. محو البيانات وسرية المعلومات: Article Four. Data Erasure and Confidentiality of Information:

يجوز تسجيل كافة المكالمات الهاتفية (الواردة والصادرة)للتحقق من المحتوى كما يمكن استخدامها جنبًا إلى جنب مع سجلاتك لأغراض أمنية ومنع الأنشطة الإجرامية ولحل الشكاوى، ويجوز لنا الإحتفاظ بكافة المحادثات التي تواصلت بها معنا سواءً من تطبيق الواتساب أو رسائل البريد الإلكتروني.

All phone calls (inbound and outbound) may be recorded to verify content, and may be used alongside your records for security purposes, prevention of criminal activities, and resolution of complaints. We may retain all conversations through which you have communicated with us, whether via the WhatsApp application or by email.

في حال بيع منصة جايزنلي لطرف ثالث أو خضوعها لعملية اندماج أو توحيد أو استحواذ فسيصبح من الضروري نقل معلوماتك الشخصية إلى الطرف الثالث ،وفي مثل هذه الحالة ستشترط منصة جايزنلي على الطرف الثالث التعامل مع معلوماتك الشخصية بعناية لا تقل عن تلك التي نوليها نحن .

Any party to which we transfer or assign our rights and obligations under our agreement with you.
Our media partners.
Our partners who may offer you discount codes on certain products and stores.

In the event that the Jaiznle platform is sold to a third party or undergoes a merger, consolidation, or acquisition, it will be necessary to transfer your personal information to the third party. من الضروري بالنسبة لك الحماية من الوصول غير المصرح به لحسابك، وتغيير كلمة المرور في حال محاولة دخول طرف اخر وللأمان يجب عليك التأكد من تسجيل الخروج عند إنتهائك من استخدامك للموقع.

قد تكون الخوادم المستخدمة لتخزين البيانات الشخصية الموضحة في قسم( جمع البيانات الشخصية واستخدامها ) موجودة خارج المملكة العربية السعودية بما في ذلك المنصة التطويرية ( ASP,NET) مستضاف على البيئة السحابية ( Microsoft Azure)وقد تتطلب هذه المواقع الوصول إلى بيانات الشخصية لتقديم خدماتها أو للأغراض الموضحة في سياسية الخصوصية هذه، على أن يكون هذا الوصول محدودًا للغاية ويخضع لضوابط أمنية قوية، لذلك قد نقوم بنقل بياناتك الشخصية إلى بلدان خارج المملكة العربية السعودية معترف فيها.

The servers used to store the personal data described in the section (Collection and Use of Personal Data) may be located outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the ASP.NET development platform hosted on the Microsoft Azure cloud environment.
